As a mom of (almost) three, I wear many hats. On any given day you may find me running kids to school, meeting clients over coffee or prepping coursework for upcoming classes and workshops. It’s a juggle, but this is real life and nothing comes easy when you’re living a dream- right?
I started consulting right out of college and have held corporate and non-profit jobs here and there, but honestly nothing compares to the flexibility of working for myself. Using my knowledge and skills to help other female business owners is one of the most gratifying feelings. Owning my own business is thrilling, challenging and all together exhausting. Yet, I wake up each day excited at the prospect of who I may get to work with next!
Living in Austin also allows me the opportunity to spend as much time as possible outdoors, which is why exploring new places around town is one of my favorite weekend activities.
My professional background is in Marketing & PR, with a special love for social media. I’ve dabbled in the blogging world and most recently you’ll find some of my writing on mamahood over on the Austin Mom Blog community.
I’m passionate about education, the arts and food. All kinds of food. Especially locally grown, fresh organic foods. Although, I never met a croissant I didn’t like.
Currently, I teach Social Media Marketing at St. Edward’s University where I have worked as a visiting professor for the last 6 years. In the past I’ve taught Public Relations, Branding & Promotion along with Digital Media Marketing Management. I adore teaching and hope to always be a teacher in some capacity. Education fuels my soul.
You’ll see I post photos to Instagram as if it’s my job, and sometimes it really IS my job!
