Collaboration Process

I understand marketing needs vary depending on where you are in the entrepreneurial journey, so all of my projects are custom built with with your specific business goals in mind. Every business is different and special to me.

Before we sit down together or chat, take a few minutes and answer the following questions about you and your business:

  • What are the marketing, sales or social media goals for this project? (Ex: To make X amount of sales or increase awareness of my brand)
  • Do I have branding elements ready for marketing initiatives? (Ex: I have a logo and color palette, but no other branding guidelines or fonts)
  • Is there a timeline or specific milestone deadlines for this project? (Ex: A new product is set to launch on X date)

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions- great! We’re in perfect shape to collaborate. If you answered ‘no’ to any, not to worry! I can help get you up to speed and build a foundation to begin.


Please know that agreement terms range from 3 months to one year. A detailed schedule and timeline will be given to all clients upon contract agreement. Unfortunately, I don’t offer month-by-month contracts, but if you would like a personal consultation or a series of training sessions I’m happy to work together to make that happen. I love teaching!

As a believer in giving back, I offer a 30% discount to all non-profit organizations and social good endeavors so please don’t hesitate to ask.


Client Questionnaire

Once you’re ready to start a project all you need to do is fill out the client intake form and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours. This should only take 3-5 minutes to complete.


If you live in Austin or central Texas, let’s find sometime to meet. I love getting to know my clients, or potential clients in a face-to-face setting. Let’s grab tea, coffee and a breakfast taco sometime- My treat! This way we can go over your current marketing plan and future goals, so I can see where my services can help. Or, jump online and schedule a quick 30-minute phone call using this fancy appointment tool. I’m generally available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings get a little tough with three kids!


Once I nail down your needs and goals, I’ll send over a proposal broken down by timeframe with 2-3 different service options.You pick and choose what to focus on now and then I’ll send back a final contract included detailed project scope and expectations.

Project Execution

This is when the fun begins! During this phase of the project I get to work on telling your story in a creative way. You sit back and start hustling towards what you do best- building a business!

Analysis and Next Steps

During the last phase of every project, I like to work with clients to show them step-by-step results based on my efforts. This could include analytic reports, event recaps, social media platform training and more. My goal is to help take your business to the next level and then show how you can succeed moving forward. I’m with you every step of the way during our time together and always available for future consultations.


As a thank you for working together, I offer all clients a 10% discount on future services. I also  work with other small business for referrals and affiliate partnerships.
