Life is pretty amazing when you stop to think about it.

With so much to be grateful for, there is no magic number. However, I went out on a limb and came up with 101.

For some, gratitude may only be practiced be once a year in November, right around Thanksgiving. I’ve always tried to keep my gratitude in check throughout the whole year. It’s not worth it to relish the bad that happens, life will always have ups and downs. Instead, focus on the good. The fun. The things that make you smile.

Be grateful.

Appreciate.

Breathe.

How do you do that?

For starters, check out my friend and fellow blogger Sarah who reminds us to live with intention and gratitude on her blog. She’s offering an online workshop for two weeks in December to help you integrate gratitude into your daily routine and it looks pretty cool.
( Go and gift it to a friend or self it looks so good!)

I love that for her, gratitude is part of daily life. Its not something reflected upon once a year.

Think about your own appreciation for a second, is it something you live or something you do once a year? And, how can you bring more gratitude into your day-to-day?

This Thanksgiving I am gratiful for everything life has brought me thus far. Including this blog, you my readers and digital connections I may never meet face-to-face. I love it and appreciate it all. So now in no particular order I give you my list of gratitude: (Feel free to borrow and steal some for your own list!)
